Recruit and lead endtoend recruitment to ensure exceptional talent join our Tech teams across the LatAm region
Build a deep understanding of Deel's products, and exactly what is required of our new team members
Mentor other Talent Acquisition team members
Use data to lead hiring conversations with stakeholders to develop internal and external sourcing strategies
Ensure we maintain an incredible culture throughout Deel, and the team live and breathe our key values

What you'll bring to the team:

6+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role within a scale-up or Tech company
A proven track record of recruiting top Tech talent quickly across a variety of positions (e.g. Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, DBAs, etc.)
You are a natural communicator and can engage the room effortlessly when presenting, speaking and demonstrating
You are used to working with data to make processes more efficient
