Rutherford Briant are exclusively recruiting for a high-growth business who are looking for a Finance Reporting Manager to join a well-established progressive team based outside of Brentwood.

Working closely with the Director, you will be responsible for the integration of various acquisitions, lead the financial accounting for several entities and become the lead on some exciting new projects.

They are offering hybrid working (2 days in the office), an excellent bonus scheme, a great pension package and more.

Key Responsibilities include:

Responsible for the Financial Reporting of the European Entities monthly, quarterly and annual reports to Group Finance and Statutory bodies as required
Principal contact for Internal and External audits
Assisting with reporting to Investors, Lenders and External Parties
Provide accurate reports on entities and projects to senior management
Dealing with high volumes of complex trasactions acting as the expert on IFRS and statutory reporting
Preparation of the consolidations monthly
Reviewing the financial reporting of the EMEA
Provid key information to tax advisors in relation to corporation tax and deferred tax computations
Leading the external audit process
