We are seeking a skilled and motivated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Bristol.

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for the upkeep and care of various outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain in excellent condition.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards our clients expect and in enhancing the natural beauty of the landscapes we manage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and fertilising
Planting, pruning, and trimming trees, shrubs, and flowers
Weeding, pest control, and disease management
Leaf and debris removal
Path and walkway maintenance
Equipment maintenance and operation
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Adhere to safety and environmental guidelines

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping i
Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
A strong work ethic and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work
Effective communication and teamwork skills
A valid driver's license required
