An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate Corporate / Commercial Solicitorto join a supportive and well respected firm in the City Centre of Birmingham on a full time basis.

The established Private Practice deals with projects all over thecountry and has an international client base, as well as clear routes of progression.

The firm has projects all over the country and also have an international client base.

The Opportunity


You will join a welcoming team that handles Share Purchase Agreements in support of a property client buying companies that hold assets, as well as Asset Purchase Agreements and Shareholder Agreements for property developers.

Responsibilities will also includegiving advice around Companies Act 2006.

The Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
