An large housing association across the UK is looking for a Housing Officer to join their team initially for a 6 months contract.

This organisation is a national charity that deals in care & support for vulnerable people and you will be working withina very supportive team.


Housing Officer

Hybrid (3 days out on patch visits and 2 days WFH)

6 months with potential for extension

£18-20/hr paid weekly via umbrella

Main duties of a Housing Officer:

  • Dealing with high quality housing management services
  • Dealing with all levels of ASB behaviour
  • Dealing with tenancy enquiries and complaints
  • General housing officer duties

As a Housing Officer you must have experience in:

  • Anti-social behaviour
  • Tenancy Management
  • Undertaking property inspections and liaise with property surveyors
  • Have experience in hosting meetings.

Essential requirement:


  • Willingness to travel across the organisations different sites across South Manchester and Liverpool area.
