Executive Assistant -
- 6 months | Office base | Full time_
Our client is a global investment banking company who are looking for a passionate EA to provide high-level executive support to Directors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Extensive diary and in box management
- Manage the Director's office, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries.
- Stakeholder and Trustee management
- Book travel and processing expenses claims, and credit card returns, as required.
- Draft briefings and communications.
- Maintain an overview of the Director's tasks and workload and anticipate the needs of the Director in relation to all tasks, meetings, engagements, and other activities.
- Liaise with senior managers, other managers, and staff as necessary.
- Liaise with Board members and the CEO office as required.
- Dealing with correspondence, ensuring that relevant correspondence is made available to the Director.
- Assist the Director to plan and communicate the annual committee meeting cycle and to develop agendas in advance of meetings.
- Support the process of recruiting and selecting Committee members, on behalf of the Chair and the planning of induction programmes for all new Committee members
- AD Hoc Project Management on behalf of the Director where required
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Extensive experience of working as an Executive Assistant or a similar role.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and problemsolving skills and welldeveloped ability to work on own initiative, being proactive to ensure a planned and proactive response to the needs of the executive.
- Experience of supporting executive level meetings, developing agendas; taking good quality minutes; ensuring agreed actions are followed up and dealing with all practical aspects of servicing executive meetings.
- Experience of providing support to an executive with a public facing role, dealing with media work and public events and other engagements; experience of dealing with high profile figures.
