About the Role

The Marketing Supervisor has the responsibility for ensuring that market communications concerning products and services, support Cerulean's objectives, whilst aligning to Coesia's brand guidelines.

The Marketing Supervisor will provide tactical assistance to the sales functions to "reach out" to customers and effectively present the product, services, and brand propositions.

The marketing team should communicate the product benefits, features, and capabilities and promote the business in both services, product offerings and market expertise, along with promoting the company as a positive employer.

Main Activities & Responsibilities

• Establishing a strong brand identity
• Developing and adapting a comprehensive marketing plan
• Producing and disseminating highquality content to support products and brand
• Building brand awareness and effective communication with target audience
• Managing eventbased marketing opportunities
• Managing website content and external messaging style
• Defining a competitive brand position
• Coordinating and managing Marketing and Sales team activities
• Maximizing exposure through social media channels
• Regularly updating the website and social media channels with relevant content
• Creating promotional materials like brochures, posters, and adverts
• Managing marketing communications team
• Communicating marketing plans to stakeholders
• Collaborating with regional sales management for localized content
• Organizing customer seminars, courses, and workshops
• Coordinating technical training sessions and multimedia presentations
• Editing and presenting of multimedia technical training offerings and marketing offerings (video, audio, image manipulation)

What You Need To Be Successful

• Great communication skills being comfortable speaking to people in every department of the business
• Strong organisational skills
• Being able to multitask
• Proficient in InDesign, Premiere Pro & Photoshop
• Previous experience working in a Marketing role
• Experience running Social Media campaigns
