Overview
Our client provides specialist accounting and tax services to the music and entertainment business, based in London.

Due to their current growth plans, they are looking for a Business Services Manager to support their directors with managing a business servicesteam.

About the role
This role would suit a curious and ambitious individual, looking to take the next step in their career.

Reporting to the Accounting Director, the Business Services Manager will manage a small but growing Business Services team providing a full suite of accountingservices.

Key aspects of the role include:

Managing and ensuring the timely delivery of services and outputs for clients;
Maintaining and increasing the quality and value of deliverables to clients;
Managing the staff within the Business Services Team;
Managing a small portfolio of clients;
Overseeing the completion and quality of input by bookkeepers together with quarterly compliance cycles;
Promoting the success of the firm generally through internal collaboration and attending external events.

The ideal person

The position would suit someone with a strong attention to detail, who deals with pressure positively. The person will have upward management skills and will embrace the accountability and responsibilities that accompany a management position.
