Senior Resourcer/Researcher - Full Time - Leeds, United Kingdom

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Providing guidance and executing an effective global sourcing strategy

To succeed in this role, you will need:

2-5 years of experience as a Researcher or Resourcer, with a preference for experience beyond the Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) region.
Experience recruiting across a wide variety of functions, ideally for Global Engineering businesses
Track record of handling highvolume recruitment
Experience in a fastpaced, highperformance, and clientcentric environment
Comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment industry and market trends
Strong proficiency in favourably employing various sourcing methodologies
Familiarity with ATSs, preferably Success Factors
A friendly, proactive, and selfmotivated team player with remarkable interpersonal skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are essential for success in this role
