Role Summary:

We are seeking a
self-driven and
adaptable Personal Assistant to the Engineering Director who will play a pivotal role in supporting our growth.

This position offers independence, flexibility, and continuous skill enhancement.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Collaborate closely with the Engineering Director to learn and assist with essential duties.
Assist with documentation tasks such as editing manuals, project summaries, updating drawing and parts database, etc.
Manage administrative tasks, including quotations, customer liaising, raising POs and purchasing, account reconciliation, handling invoices, keeping and tracking inventory, etc.
Engineering Assistance: Participate in physical engineering tasks as required, such as wiring components, dismantling or reassembling parts/components, etc.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year's experience in a similar role.
Previous experience as an Engineering Assistant is preferred.
Holds a valid driver's license and is open to travel.
Exhibits a
handson, practical approach with a proactive, problemsolving mindset.
Must be located within travelling distance of StokeonTrent, or be willing to relocate.

- £15,000-£25,000 per year salary with performance based bonuses of up to £10,000 per year.
