About Our Client:

Page Personnel have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join a highly successful, rapidly growing professional services organisation based in Shrewsbury.

This role will be fully office-based.

This role can consider full-time or part-time applicants

Working as part of a small, busy HR team, reporting to a Head of HR, the role of Internal Recruiter will take full responsibility for the full recruitment life cycle within this rapidly growing organisation.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Build excellent stakeholder relationships and provide advice and guidance on the best recruitment strategies
Liaise with agencies and manage effective relationships
Support stakeholders with job descriptions and establishing the best interview strategies
Maintain excellent brand presence via advertising and social media
Offer recommendations to improve processes and procedures
