The Best Connection are currently seeking Assembly Operatives for our brand-new client in Mansfield who are one of the worldwide market leaders of their products in the Military/Civil Aerospace, Land Systems, Subsea, Oil and Gas, Space and Industrial and Mass Transit Industries

Role & Responsibilities:


  • Assembling aerospace products and parts from drawings. You will be in a role that requires you to assemble intricate parts, feeding wires into connectors.
  • Following listed instructions/measurements carefully
  • Working in a seated, designated area to complete orders and follow targets
  • Usage of magnification and specialised tools to complete orders

Working hours and pay rate:


  • Monday
  • Friday,
- £12.11 per hour

  • 30 min unpaid break

Person Specification:


  • No previous experience required
  • Full training will be given in their own training school.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Must have a great attitude and work ethic
