We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Talent Acquisition Lead with extensive sourcing experience within the fintech sector.

As the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be a player / coach and play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategy on a global scale.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and shape the talent landscape for a dynamic and growing fintech scale-up.

You'll report to our Chief People Officer.

Here's what you'll be doing as our Global Talent Acquisition Lead:

Global Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and business priorities.
Headhunting and Executive Search:
Utilise your extensive headhunting experience to identify, attract, and acquire toptier talent within the fintech space, including leadership roles. This includes the areas of Product, Compliance and Marketing.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a talented team of talent acquisition professionals. Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and ensure the team's success.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to understand talent needs, workforce planning, and align recruitment efforts with organisational goals.
Employer Branding:
Drive initiatives to enhance the employer brand. Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and networks to attract top talent.
Continuous Improvement:
Global Recruitment Operations:
Oversee recruitment operations globally, ensuring compliance with local regulations and optimising processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Diversity and Inclusion:
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process, fostering an inclusive culture and attracting diverse talent to the organisation.
Metrics and Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

Here's what we'd love from our new Global Talent Acquisition Lead:

Proven experience as a player / coach Talent Acquisition Lead with a focus on headhunting within the fintech space.
Indepth knowledge of global financial markets, industry trends, and key players.
Strong experience leading and developing highperforming talent acquisition teams.
Demonstrated success in executive search and acquiring toptier talent for leadership positions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience implementing employer branding strategies and enhancing organisational reputation.
Familiarity with global recruitment operations and compliance.
Track record of implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within talent acquisition.

This position is London based. Some travel to Poland and Lithuania will be required.
