Retail Store Supervisor

Duties:

• Lead the store when replacing Manager
• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and aftersales

services)

• Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Crosssell products
• Recruit and Train new staff and conduct induction.
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Utilising customer experience and everyday coaching across the team (especially

during peak times)

• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

Salary:
£ 28,000 (Per Annum)

Skills:

Leadership, organization.

Passionate about selling and providing a high level of one-to-one customer service

Understanding of the retail sales process

Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

Track record of achieving sales quotas

Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, early morning and night.


Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• MARGATE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
