Accountancy Practice - Maidenhead, Berkshire

Salary £35,000

Our client is a well-established accountancy firm based in Maidenhead who due to growth are looking to appoint a new Tax Semi Senior.

Reporting to the tax Partner you will be primarily responsible for the completion of Self-Assessment and Trust & Estate Tax Returns to a high standard and undertake project work as required into various tax issues principally related to income tax, capitalgains tax and inheritance tax.

The work is mainly personal tax orientated, although there is exposure to more varied company tax work such as R&D claims, Patent Box, Taxation of Mutuals and company tax enquiries.

The firm have a positive and friendly working environment where staff are rewarded for good performance.

Ideally you will be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet client and statutory deadlines. You will be ATT qualified or qualified by experience in personal tax compliance.

Where relevant, full study support will be given for the exams of the Chartered Institute of Taxation
