Permit & Administration Officer - Fixed Line Telecoms:
Job description

As Permit & Administration Officer on the CityFibre contract, you will be accountable for:

  • Input of all permit requirements on relevant systems whilst complying with NRSWA requirements
  • Monitoring and maintaining compliance to minimise financial risk
  • Coordination with local authorities on all matters relating to permits, TTRO/N, early starts etc
  • Coordinating closely with Surveyor / Planner
  • Effective liaison with all stakeholders


The successful applicant to this role will be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work at pace.

You will ideally have prior experience in a similar role and will have the ability to make things happen - a starter / finisher - alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


In addition, you will possess the following:

  • Awareness of NRSWA
  • The ability to selfmotivate and work within a team
  • Good spoken and written communication skills at all levels
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidence in using computer packages and familiarity with planning tools
  • The ability to work under pressure to deadlines
