Description

The Central Records Library are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Prepping Team Leader (Band 3) based at Derriford Hospital, but also available to work at Bircham House when required.

The work is very busy with a great deal of pressure to meet deadlines, therefore the ability to prioritise your own and your team's workload is essential.

It will be necessary to build effective working relationships with other departments in the Trust. Applicants should also be able to demonstrate initiative and motivational skills.

Ideally this would suit someone who has iPM knowledge and prepping demonstrable experience, and is familiar with all specialities that are prepped within the department.

Proven Knowledge and demonstrable experience of dealing with sensitive and confidential information in accordance with GDPR is essential.

**Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.
