Shelter Cymru exists to defend the right to a safe home in Wales and fight the devastating impact the housing emergency has on people.


We help thousands of people each year by offering free, confidential and independent advice and campaigning to overcome the root causes of the housing emergency.

We are now looking to recruit for the following position to join our team.

SC64- Access and Inclusion Officer

Flexible location

35 hours per week

£24,528 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for an Access and Inclusion Officer to join our Advice Online Services Team.


We want to make sure that our advice and information services are accessible and inclusive for all groups of people with protected characteristics, to include but not limited to young people, older people, people with a disability, members of the LGBTQ+ community and ethnic minority people.

This role will lead in ensuring that appropriate housing advice content is available in formats that people with protected characteristics find accessible and prefer

We are developing a flexible and hybrid working approach for all staff, with a minimum of 1 day per week working in the office and have offices across Wales
