Description Overview:


Role Purpose
This role is responsible for overseeing content creation across our brand websites and eCommerce partners. The job itself consists of a mix of website writing for brand sites (e.g. Niquitin, Nytol, XLS) and optimising our visibility with our e-commerce partners (e.g. Amazon, Boots, Tesco). You will be collaborating a lot with our marketing, regulations, digital departments, and our external digital agency. Ideally you will have a background working within the healthcare sector


Scope of the Role:


Key Responsibilities

  • Keep websites uptodate and ensure quality, uniformity, form and consistency
  • Collaborates with brand managers, digital and ecommerce managers and external agencies to develop content strategies for different platforms
  • Working with our regulations team to ensure all content meets regulation approval
  • Provide content and product information supporting our eCommerce plans working with etail partners
  • Develop meaningful metrics that communicate marketing performance results tied to strategic objectives.
  • Working with others in the team to coordinate content sharing via Retail partner eCommerce platforms, Brand websites, social media, infographics and external partner outreach as part of ongoing brand and eCommerce campaigns
  • Participates in digital campaign management, digital initiatives, and campaign analytics for assigned categories.
  • Experienced using photoshop and repurposing images for social media, eCommerce platforms
  • Copywriting background with experience in writing for the web and product descriptions for eCommerce
  • Channel management of digital content. Must have a good understanding the best practices of main social media channels, what content approaches work in supporting our digital activities
  • Maintain and update websites with local marketing teams or external agencies. Includes optimisation of web pages, landing pages, conversion strategies and technical requirements.
  • What would your week look like? 50% content creation, 30% adjustments and optimisation, 20% planning, strategy & management

Experience Required:


What do we ask from you?

  • Passion for writing
  • Minimum Bachelor' s degree (Media, Information, Communication and Journalism)
  • Proficient and knowledgeable with Adobe CS ( Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator) and HTML writing are an advantage
  • Knowledge of and experience with Wordpress and Google Analytics is an advantage
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Interest in health and skin care
