**Role: Microsoft Application Delivery Manager

Location:

Salary:
Up to £68,000 (DOE)

The Company:An international IT Solutions Provider is on the market seeking the highest of performing Microsoft Application Delivery managers to accompany their expanding family of IT leaders.

Boasting an extensive history within innovation and sustainability, specificallyplaying a major part for over 50 years in moulding the ever-evolving digital landscape across the UK

If successful, you'll become a valued member of the team, made-up with inclusive and supportive technologists.

Furthermore, you'll be provided with specialised access to a Learning & Development budget, facilitating your personal development through accessto various Technical Accreditations whilst working across rewarding customer engagements.

Required Experience:

Strong Microsoft Applications development background preferably with deep knowledge of one or more of Power Platform/D365/M365/Azure
Strong experience of leading on Agile and Lean practices
Proven working experience as an IT Delivery Lead (Defining and Agreeing Scope of work, Planning, Strategy, resource management (hiring and forecasting requirements), tracking and reporting on projects (financial and status) coaching and mentoring), andcommercially strong
Client facing experience delivering customer satisfaction and overall excellence by identifying opportunities (or issues) and assisting with speedy resolution. Presence onsite may be required
Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Benefits Package:

Base Salary: up to £68,000 (Based on interview performance/experience)
Variable Success Bonus: up to 15%
Car Allowance of £5700
