Property Manager

Full-time. Permanent.

  • Working as part of a small team of Property Managers to manage all aspect of the existing portfolio of around 400 properties, including landlords, tenants and contractors.
  • Dealing with inventories/check outs/property inspections
  • Building relationships with contractors and landlords
  • Working independently and managing your own workload, organising and prioritising accordingly
  • Responsible for regular inspections and handling maintenance issues including arranging contractor repairs and following up jobs until complete
  • Dealing with all end of tenancy matters, to include deposit resolution and general tenant check out.
  • Arrears chasing
  • 1 Saturday in 3 required with a day off lieu

Skills Required:


  • Previous experience in a relevant role e.g., Senior Administrator / Office Manager, Maintenance / Facilities Coordinator, Property Coordinator / Property Manager, Lettings Manager / Lettings Negotiator/ Customer Service or similar.
  • Ability to resolve issues with landlords, tenants and contractors in a professional but assertive manner if required.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload in a fastpaced environment.
  • A clean driving licence and is essential expenses paid and pool car available
  • Team management experience would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and use own initiative.
