Description

Metalis are working with a company based on the
outskirts of Sheffield, they are a leader in their field and manufacture
thermal engineering products.

Their products are used in a variety of laboratories, plants and manufacturing sites worldwide.


They are looking for someone who has recently finished a relatable electronics or mechanical qualification and who is in the early stages of their career.


Duties:


  • Fault finding and diagnostics.
  • Repair of mechanical systems using a range of hand tools and installation tools.
  • Replacing circuit boards.
  • Writing service reports.
  • Taking part in stock reports and stock controlling.
  • First point of customer contact.
  • Liaising with clients, service managers and administrators.
  • Recently finished a relatable electronics or mechanical qualification.
  • Desire to learn new skills and progress.

The package:


  • 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday with an early finish on a Friday.
  • Salary dependant on experience.
  • Premium overtime rates.
