About the role


The Virtual Events and Ops Co-ordinator is responsible for organising and executing all live & pre-recorded events/talks/sessions and other related deliverables that form part of our virtual experiences.


Key responsibilities:


  • Owning the endtoend Speaker experience process, including all communication, training, automations, quality assurance and webinar set up.
  • Owning the endtoend Ambassador experience, including all communication and platform setup.
  • Managing a pool of freelance admins & presenters, and all associated processes and tasks (sourcing, training, quality checks, scripts etc.)
  • Working closely with the AM team to manage the scheduling of the speakers, webinar and other internal & external processes related to the events.
  • Management of the Speaker Inbox, to meet a response SLA of 1working day; this also includes actioning lastminute speaker changes.
  • Working closely with the content function of the team to ensure speakers and presenters have a bank of questions and talking points set up per industry/sector
  • Setup, planning and execution of the speaker management processes for our prerecorded sessions, in partnership with the Project Coordinator.
  • Budgeting and invoice management for sourced speakers and the freelance pool.
  • Creating and populating impact insight reports for the programmes and courses, including marking assignments, approving submissions and creating a bank of student work to share with stakeholders as needed.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in administration
- (Online) Event management

  • Working in a fastpaced environment
  • Juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Cando attitude and ability to solve problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Reporting skills and knowledge in Excel and Google suite

Salary:
£25k-£27K


Location:
London/Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH)
