We are a veterinary wholesaler seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-growing team to assist with the following tasks:

• Invoicing
• Liaising with couriers
• Maintain Customer Database.
• Other office administration as required

The person we hire will need to have/be:

• An excellent, polite telephone manner
• The ability to write proficient and strong communication skills across all mediums.
• Be able to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Organised with an efficient working style
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel

Additional skills or experience that would be useful:

• Customer service CRM package
• Knowledge of the vet and animal market

The role is full time (9am-5pm Mon-Fri) and will be based at head office in Melton Mowbray.
