VoCoVo is a rapidly growing telecoms company, providing an integrated software and hardware solution to some of the biggest names in retail - with customers across the globe.

We are now looking for a Technical Care Advisor to provide support to Customers and Partners, from POC, through installation and the ongoing care of VoCoVo systems, with system diagnostics and issue resolution, both over the phone and via ticket management.


Responsibilities

  • Manage tickets from creation through to resolution, including assigning tickets to the right person for the best resolution time
  • Takes ownership of ticket reporting
  • Provide out of hours support for rollouts on rota and prebooked engineer visits
  • VoCoVo Care support document maintenance
  • Maintenance of records and logs as appropriate
  • Other duties as required to in order to cover areas of VoCoVoCare during peaks in workloads, holiday or sickness.
