Responsibilities
As an Environmental Advisor, you'll be a part of a network of environmental professionals providing specialist environmental and sustainability advice to support pre-construction and construction teams with the development of large, world-class building and infrastructure projects.
Your day to day will include:
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure long term sustainability solutions
- Review and advise on method statements and plans to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Manage external consultants to produce specific services aligned with the environmental management plan in line with the relevant programme timescales.
- Ensure knowledge is up to date by undertaking ongoing professional development and training
Who are we looking for?
This role of Senior Environmental Advisor is great for you if you have:
- Experience from a similar role within the construction industry
- You'll be proficient in the use of MS Office and BREEAM experience
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
- The Ability to produce clear written and spoken instruction to internal and external stakeholders
