Due to increased demand we are looking to recruit a passionate childcare practitioner to join our dynamic and motivated team and maintain high-quality standards in our nursery.


Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Practitioner to join our team. As a Childcare practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of children in our care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.


Duties:


  • Manage and supervise children in a nurturing and safe environment
  • Create and implement ageappropriate activities and educational programmes
  • Maintain a clean and organised nursery or childcare facility
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
  • Ensure the health and safety of all children by following proper protocols and procedures
  • Provide leadership and guidance to childcare apprentices

Skills:


  • Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
  • Strong organisational skills to maintain a structured environment for children

Qualifications:
Must have a Minimum Level 3 in Early Years.

£18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
