Know How Resourcing are on the lookout for passionate trainee production operatives. Your base could be anywhere in the UK, but will be travelling nationally and internationally.

Due to the soaring demand for our clients services, they are expanding their team and welcoming new production operatives. While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, they provide comprehensive training on our state-of-the-art products. Applications are welcome from all corners of the UK.


As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in the day-to-day production tasks, following the guidance of site management and adhering to our company procedures.

Operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring stock controls, and upholding impeccable housekeeping standards.


Considering the travel involved, it's advantageous if you reside within convenient reach of a major airport. A valid passport and full COVID-19 vaccination are prerequisites for this exciting opportunity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out daily production tasks as directed by site management
  • Operating and maintaining machinery, tools, and equipment
  • Adhering to recommended stock controls
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and reporting any issues promptly
  • Working in compliance with quality, health and safety, and environmental management systems
  • Willingness to travel, including overseas assignments for extended periods
  • Background in manufacturing or construction
  • Excellent communication skills and a teamplayer mentality
  • Proven ability to follow strict instructions and processes
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
You need to be flexible and ready for last minute travel, designed to accommodate various on-site scenarios:

  • Overseas
  • 12 hours per day
  • UK on site 10 hours per day
  • Normal place of work 39 hours per week

Package:

  • OTE up to £40,000 per annum
