Description
The expected duties for the successful Trainee engineer are as follows:

  • Full training programme, manufacturer's training courses support in the field from your senior engineer
  • Working on a variety of ovens, mostly pre planned maintenance
  • Training staff on sites showing the operational features of the equipment once it is installed
  • Liaising with the service desk to ensure calls are completed
  • Working towards a firsttimefix
  • Providing cover to other areas as required (due to holidays, sick days, etc.)

Skills and experience required:

  • Basic understanding of electrical engineering
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills

Full in-house training will be provided for this position, as will all tools, and a tablet and phone, however previous electrical experience or a qualification is required.

The role will be Monday to Friday, with optional overtime.
