Casual Support Worker


Location:

Hours:
Zero hour contract (Mon-Sun, including weekends, days, evenings, holidays, Flexible working around customers needs)


Salary:
£14.74 per hour inclusive of holiday pay or £13.15 per hour exclusive of holiday pay

Advance is looking for Casual Support Workers in Hackney to support customers with Learning Disabilities/ Autism/ Complex needs/ mental health conditions to live the lives they choose.

Day to Day Activities:


  • Personal care (if required)
  • Medication administration (if required)
  • Support with prepare and cooking meals
  • Support with attend medical appointments
  • Support with social activities
  • Support with independent skills
  • Support with Domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry

Waking Night Activities:


  • Assisting with Personal care and hygiene (if required)
  • Ensuring the premises are secure and safe during the night
  • Supporting with meal times and food preparation (if required)
  • Medication administration (if required)
  • Support with independent skills
  • Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required
  • Keeping up with training
  • Supporting with regular checks on the customer to ensure their safety
  • Supporting with Domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
