Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments including makeup application, skincare, and other aesthetic procedures.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide personalised advice on skincare routines, colour matching, and beauty products.
• Ensure client satisfaction through attentive service and professional demeanour.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times.
• Uphold confidentiality and respect clients' privacy at all times.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Organised, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
• A recognised qualification in beauty therapy or related field is desirable but not essential for entry-level applicants.
• A friendly demeanour with a professional attitude towards client care and hygiene standards.
