Duties include:

The focus of this role is the management of a case load of client matters across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including often fast-paced and intensive transactional work, as well as non-transactional and advisory work ensuring that individualfinancial targets and objectives are met.

You will be drafting documentation for property sales and purchases (including contracts, transfers of part, deeds of easement and covenants, undertaking due diligence on properties, deducing title (whether the land is registered or unregistered) and draftingreports on title.

Experience Required:

Experienced commercial property solicitor/associate
Ability to maintain excellent client relationships
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to be highly productive
