RTC Social Care have an exciting opportunity for experienced Support Workers to work in within the Community, this is Agency work where you can receive part time hours or to work with several clients to build full time hours.
We have ongoing work available to suit your availability.
We are seeking caring and compassionate support workers who have experience and skills working with individuals who are diagnosed with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Challenging behaviour, Physical Disabilities, Complex needs.

Support Worker job description:
- Updating daily notes to keep track of their progress.
- Activities within the community.
- Being responsible for the wellbeing and safety of patients under care.
- Interacting respectfully with the family of the individual.
- Keep all matters related to patients or their families confidential at all times
- In the case of any health concerns; notify the patient's family/guardian and the management team.
- Observe, monitor and record clients' physical and emotional wellbeing, and promptly report any changes.
- Liaising with management as necessary.
- Working towards specific outcomes for each individual.
- Providing personcentred care
- Providing respite care for families
- Accessing the community with individuals as needed
- Market leading pay rates
- Ability to book shifts in advance
- Weekly payroll
- Fast track compliance process
- Thorough inductions, supervisions and support for personal development
- At least 6 months experience within UK
- Experience working with children.
- Right to work in the UK
- Be able to provide x2 UK references covering the last 1 year's employment.
- DBS In date preferably on the update service.
- Mandatory training of the care standards
