Position Overview

  • Reporting to the Manager of Brand Partnerships & Sports Sponsorships (EMEA), the Associate role will be responsible for supporting Ralph Lauren's European Sport & Sponsorship marketing activation strategy.

Sport is core part of our Ralph Lauren lifestyle, and we are looking for a passionate individual to work with our European sponsorship partners to bring the brand to life for global audiences.

In addition to sports the role will also be able to support our brand team on key EMEA brand campaigns aimed at elevating the brand and driving impact throughout the region.

The role is based in London, in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • PROJECT DELIVERY:
  • End-to-end delivery of brand sponsorships, from supporting in developing partner relations to campaign delivery and analysis, the role will involve supporting the seamless delivery of all sponsorship elements across multiple touchpoints and teams

COMMUNICATION:

  • You will be an effective and clear communicator, building strong working relations with all key stakeholders to facilitate efficient ways of working across a full spectrum of Ralph Lauren teams and external partners

PLANNING AND EXECUTION:

  • Meticulous planning and critical path management across multiple touchpoints for campaign delivery (legal, design, merchandising, sales, marketing, PR, retail, wholesale, brand, media, creative). You will support in leading collaboration with crossfunctional groups to develop strategies and bring them to life.

PARTNERSHIP COLLABORATION:

  • Work with partners and Ralph Lauren teams for campaign deployment, ensuring crosschannel effectiveness and consistency

INNOVATION:

  • Identify big ideas to communicate the brand via partnership opportunities that will guarantee impactful reach. Propose new opportunities to refine or add to the sports sponsorship's portfolio.

CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE & TRACKING:

  • You will monitor campaign performances to be able to determine areas of opportunities and adapt campaign strategies accordingly. You will capture best practices, lessons learned and opportunities to share with all relevant teams.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge- Please understand you must have the Right to Work in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

  • The role is based in London, in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
  • Minimum 2 full performance cycles of experience in Marketing, Brand or Brand Sponsorships/Partnerships.
  • Excellent rong PowerPoint & Excel skills pls note Excel is essential as you will also required to forecast the amount of Wimbledon uniforms that are needed throughout the event itself.
  • Excellent communication skill both written and verbal copy, editing, drafting
  • A resilient and tenacious marketer with firstclass attention to detail with an inquisitive mindset to optimize all that you do
  • You have a good understanding of the Ralph Lauren Customer
  • Luxury Fashion Markets and our competitors blending a passion for the sporting landscape.
  • Research skills in establishing and engaging with the mindset of Consumer of Luxury Global sporting events.
  • Competitor Research in the Culture and Sport environment sponsorships in the Luxury Sporting environments including Golf, F1, Badminton Horse Trials
