Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Social Work professional, at North east Lincolnshire County Council to Join their Kinship Fostering team as Assistant team manager

Within the Fostering Team, we pride ourselves on the levels of experience and knowledge that we share collectively. Working together to achieve outcomes, colleagues within the Fostering Team always feel supported and enjoy the work we do.

Its a really exciting time to join our team as we explore new ways of working within the transformation of Childrens Services as a whole.

Assistant Team Managers working in North East Lincolnshire's Children's Services.

You will be responsible for the supervision and management of a team of qualified social workers and family support workers including rigorous and proactive case supervision.

As Kinship Assistant Team Manager, you will be responsible for the Social Workers who assess and support Kinship Carers.

As a service we firmly believe in collaborative and partnership working and we don't just pay 'lip-service' to taking a child-centred approach.

Alongside social work best practice, management skills and fantastic communication, you also need to be as passionateas we are about achieving the best possible results for the people we support.


Essential Requirements:


  • Social Work Qualification
  • Degree or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Social Worker.
  • Social Work England Registration
  • Driving license and access to own vehicle
