We are currently seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator for our busy Stotfold office.
The position is Monday-Friday.
As an integral part of our team, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and facilitate successful property transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing property listings, including updating online platforms and databases with accurate information and photos.
- Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings for estate agents and clients.
- Prepare and process property documents, contracts, and agreements in a timely manner.
- Maintain organised filing systems and databases to ensure efficient retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the property industry.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with property management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of estate agency terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Professional demeanour with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
