About the Role:

We are looking for a confident self-starter, with a positive 'can do' attitude, to join our team as a
Commercial Refrigeration Engineer; with extensive commercial catering equipment servicing and repair experience, you will provide technical diagnostics, fault finding, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs to our customers, on-time, every time.

Duties Include:

Consistently deliver exceptional customer support and experiences
Customer facing position liaising with site personnel.
Installation, planned maintenance, and service repairs.
Fault finding, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Maintain vehicle, tools, equipment, and spare parts, to ensure operational efficiency.
Follow best practices, processes, and procedures.
Update systems and complete paperwork ontime
Ensure SLA adherence to minimise customer downtime.
Support and drive continual improvement through OKRs and KPIs
Ensure relevant health and safety regulation compliance.
Crossfunctional collaboration with backoffice teams, and suppliers, to ensure parity and increase understanding.
Provide services and support within defined area.
Create site surveys and conduct safety assessments
