Senior Lettings Negotiator - Hove. East Sussex. Up to £50,000


Our client, a highly respected, and long established agent, with several offices around Hove are looking for an experienced Lettings negotiator for their Hove Office.

Key responsibilities

  • Arranging viewings
  • Tenant check ins / check outs
  • Rent negotiations
  • Assisting Property Management with carrying out referencing and ID checks for applicants
  • Keeping landlords and tenants up to date.
  • Keeping in touch with Tenants how their let is progressing
  • Assist dealing with deposit disputes
  • Occassional Property inspections

If you have previous Lettings experience with excellent administration skills, then this position would be ideal for you.
