**Fleet Support Specialist

  • Polestar**
    Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per annum

Hours:
Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm

What will you do?

  • Manage leaselink enquiries and quoting
  • Stock prioritisation and allocation
  • Liaising with planning, order and delivery teams to facilitate deliveries
  • Updating the database (salesforce) with changes, actions, order progress and future tasks
  • Posthandover and invoice queries
  • Collaborating with customer support teams to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues
  • Taking the role of lead contact for key accounts
  • Manage customer and stakeholder expectations
  • Adhering to relevant legislation and compliance regulations

What we are looking for?

  • Highly skilled administrator, with a keen eye for detail
  • Great communicator you should be comfortable interacting
- with a wide range of people including customers, brokers and outside agencies

  • Adaptable who loves to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Direct fleet automotive experience preferred, but not essential
