We are looking for an eager, hard working and passionate Operations Administrator to join our rapidly-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise Purchase Orders and ensure consistent communication across the team.
- Contract creation and delivery using inhouse CRM, excel and toolstacks.
- Report creation in relation to the sales team performance.
- Customer service and satisfaction. Answering clients questions and queries.
- Daily and ad hoc administrative tasks within the back office team.
- Previous experience in Administration is preferred.
- A hard working individual who is willing to take on tasks, learn and progress.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a high energy environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
