Construction Administrator - North Shields, United Kingdom - 300 North Limited
Description
300 North are looking to recruit a Construction Administrator in the Newcastle Upon Tyne area for our regional construction client.
Duties:
- Assist with project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the construction team
- Prepare and distribute projectrelated correspondence and reports
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and invoices
- Assist with data entry and record keeping in various software systems
- Provide support in organizing and maintaining project files
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with computerized administrative systems preferred
Pay:
£26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
