300 North are looking to recruit a Construction Administrator in the Newcastle Upon Tyne area for our regional construction client.


Duties:


  • Assist with project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for the construction team
  • Prepare and distribute projectrelated correspondence and reports
  • Maintain accurate records of project expenses and invoices
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping in various software systems
  • Provide support in organizing and maintaining project files
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with computerized administrative systems preferred

£26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
