Job Description Job Description:
Looking for ServiceNow BA (ITSM Pro, ITOM, IRM, APM, HAM Pro etc). Should have knowledge and extensive experience in ServiceNow APM. Should have experience in core BA role, someone who experience leading on BA activity for Greenfield and Transformation programmes. Should have more than 5years of experience in ServiceNow domain.

Clearly articulating and documenting business requirements (Requirements Specification) Obtain and analyze business requirements and document solutions Experienced in coordinating functional testing, user acceptance testing and training sessions.

Preparing and presenting Business Case/Solution design/Functional Specifications and User stories related to SPM ServiceNow modules Primary responsibility would be to understand business needs and translate into tool requirements Required Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech MBA/ PGDM or equivalent courses (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.

(4.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.

(5.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
