Description

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health disorders
Assist in the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals, including Local authorities, CIW and safeguarding.
Monitor and document patient behaviour's and progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide a holistic approach to those in our care
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients at all times
You will be responsible for ordering medication stock
You will be responsible for all auditing for your department
You will be required to do at least 1 clinical shift per week, which will include days and night shifts.
You will be responsible for staffing rota's, supervisions and appraisals for your team
You will report directly to the Home Manager and the Responsible Individual
You will be required to go on the on call rota which is currently 1 weekend in 6

Qualifications:

Experience of working in the mental health field for at least 5 years, preferably in

a management role

QCF Level 5 is required

We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Nurse to lead on the therapeutic engagement and support of adults with enduring mental health conditions within our home.

The Lodge is made up of 20 beds, with a mix of male and female service users. If you are passionate about helping others and have the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

Salary:
£42,631.68-£50,232.00 per year
