Description

Marathon Warehouse Distribution are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Driver based in Scotland to service our customers in Glasgow, Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

Marathon is a growing independent national warehouse distributor of automotive car parts with a network of delivery depots across the country.

Your main role will be making deliveries of automotive car parts within the local area and further afield. This will involve liaising with another Marathon driver in or near Newcastle each day, to collect deliveries from our Castleford depot for onward delivery to our customers in Glasgow, Edinburgh and surrounding areas._

You will be working 45 hours each week, Monday to Friday, and you will be responsible for loading your vehicle, making deliveries, collecting returns and maintaining a professional & friendly relationship with our internal and external customers.

Your role may also include supporting warehouse staff at your depot and other duties provided by the depot manager or regional management team.

Requirements; Full UK driving licence (penalty points may be considered upon full disclosure) A minimum of 4 years driving experience and a good knowledge of the local area.
