HVAC Technician

London

£30,000-£40,000 + Benefits (D.O.E.)
One of our key clients is currently seeking skilled HVAC technician to join their market leading team.

They monitor water hygiene and air quality helping companies throughout England and Wales remain compliant through planned maintenance programmes, riskassessment surveys and regular testing.


This is a rewarding role suited to an experienced ventilation technician, who is looking for the next step in an already successful career.


HVAC Technician Key Duties:


  • Installation of fire dampers and ductwork.
  • Install access doors and panels.
  • Air Handling Unit maintenance.
  • Site surveys, and report writing.
  • Carry out service and repairs of HVAC heating and ventilation services, plant, and associated equipment
  • Liaising with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Additional duties may include:

  • Duct cleaning and disinfection of ductwork.
  • Grease readings of internal kitchen extracts and grease filter cleans.
  • Fire Damper Testing.

Skills & Experience Required:


  • A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience of fire damper installations.
  • You will need a NVQ in Heating & Ventilation.
  • Happy to work at height and in confined spaces.
  • Happy to work occasional nights and/or weekends.
