Document Controller / Project Coordinator - GDF Project

We have a rare opportunity for a combined Document Controller/Project Coordinator to join our team in in the delivery of expert project, programme, and portfolio support to UK Nuclear Waste Services (NWS), part of the UK's Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA).

KBR coordinate work across the Geological Disposal Facility program of work within NWS, including project management, communication and community engagement support, technical design, and digital and transformation strategy development.

We are a trusted delivery partner to clients in the nuclear energy sector.

Enthusiastic teams work together across disciplines — including organizational transformation and integration, systems engineering, and program management — to deliver full life cycle solutions from concept through to operations and decommissioning.

What We Need

We are looking for someone who is keen to combine their document control and project coordination skills and experience to play a critical role in ensuring the success of the project.

You will be working closely with the Project Managers and the wider team coordinating and managing document control systems.

You will also be required to provide general project administration support so this role will draw on all your related skills and will require excellent attention to detail.

We'd ideally like to see experience from the engineering, nuclear or other highly regulated environment.

We also need knowledge of Document Management systems and an understanding of the principle and methodologies of Project Management.

This position is hybrid with an office base in Oxfordshire.
