Solis Recruitment has proudly partnered with an award-winning Creative and Branding Agency on the lookout for a talented Marketing Strategist to join their team in London.
They work with a range of well-known clients across the Education, Technology, B2C and Charity sectors, leveraging data and insights to create multi-channel campaigns that elevate and enhance brands with a strategic eye for the future.

The role will suit a strategist who wants to work on purpose driven campaigns that deliver meaningful impact.The Role
The Marketing Strategist will conduct research to understand clients current and/or approach previous marketing campaigns, utilising key insights to create new creative marketing and branding propositions.
- Working closely with Head of Strategy to understand clients and their business objectives, gathering key insights and translating data into creative communications strategies
- Building a strong relationship with key clients, becoming a trusted advisor and source of marketing expertise
- Interpretation and interrogation of client briefs to uncover what clients "want" to achieve and creating multichannel proposals
- Write strategic content and (occasionally) copywriting for creative briefs and mock ads
- Measure effectiveness across on and digital offline activities
- Creating and running clientfacing strategic workshops with senior client stakeholders, writing research, and planning decks, facilitating focus groups and working of a variety of different projects to support clients overcome a widearray of challenges
Skills and Experience Required
You will have/be:
- Currently working within a Strategist or Planner role
- Experience in research, data analysis and statistical analysis, deciphering key findings to create a robust strategy and translate insights into a story that can influence and drive change
- Comfortable with copywriting, content and messaging
- Understanding brand building and positioning, using research tools to distil information into a concise and effective strategy
- Proficiency supporting on research efforts and working with a primary research agency
- Knowledge of current and emerging digital channels and best practices
- Confident in communicating and building relationships with client stakeholders
- Ideally worked on B2B campaigns, however this is not essential
The role will suit a Strategist who wants to work on multi-channel campaigns, enjoys working with data and wants to work on unique campaigns.

The role offers a salary between £35,000 - £45,000 and offers a host of perks including:
