Buying residential property is at the core of what we do, as is screening thousands of residential properties. As a

Property Valuation Associate, you will join the Valuations (Origination) team and be given all the training you need to utilise our in-house tool to find the most profitable properties.


As some examples, you'll be:

  • Assessing the suitability of a target property for an investment in terms of its location, design, condition, size etc.
  • Calculating the potential rental income and costs of owning a target property.
  • Supporting the team to hit challenging KPIs that are fundamental to Bricklane's rapid growth.

What We're Looking For:


It is not necessary to have any prior job experience at all as you will be given all the training you need as part of your first year development plan when you join our team.

However, we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the following:

  • Analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools
  • Ability to focus on longterm company goals
  • Can work to deadline and under pressure
  • Has interest in real estate (desirable)

Your Career Development:

Support: You will have your weekly check-in meetings with your line manager to help you identify and overcome any difficulties you are having in your training or in your role.

Transition: We are a growing business. After two years of success in this role, you may have the opportunity to join other Property Operations teams as a Junior Associate or stay in the Valuations team as a Senior Associate.
