They are currently seeking developers with various technical skills, including Java 8+, Spring/Spring Boot, SQL, NoSQL, REST, Git, CI/CD familiarity, Agile methodologies, and experience with Angular/React (bonus).

As a software consultant here, you will be responsible for creating and onboarding new project teams, integrating them into the client's organisation and providing a clear vision of the project and product.

You will facilitate communication and informationexchange between external groups and the project team and monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and drive a culture of agility and learning.

You should possess excellent influential, collaborative, observational, analytical, critical thinking,decision-making, and organisational skills.
