Flourish Education are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work full time at a school located in Northeast Coventry. The school is smaller than average 1 form entry primary that is part of a wider multi academy trust.

The responsibilities of this TA role will include encouraging the child's learning and development, delivering interventions, and working closely with the SENCO and class teacher.

This Teaching Assistant role is to start immediately and is expected to continue until the end of the academic year.

Required Skills and Experience for this SEN Teaching Assistant role:

Minimum Level 2 Qualification
Ability to liaise with the class teacher, SENCO, and other agencies to meet the needs of the pupil.
Build effective relationship with pupils and staff.
Experience supporting children with SEND.
Experience supporting pupils 1:1.
Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the child

This Teaching Assistant role is based in Coventry and would easily be accessed via public transport from Coventry City Centre and also within a commutable distance from Barras Heath, Wyken, Potters Green and Walsgrove.

There is some onsite parking, and the school is within easy reach for those driving from areas such as Nuneaton and Rugby.
